Automated order import


Orders from all sales channels enter reybex via the automated order import, where they are processed immediately. When an order is received, reybex creates a separate data record with contact details for each new customer. From the order to the invoice/delivery bill, reybex manages all documents completely digitally.

Invoices are automatically stored in the integrated accounting system. Shipping labels are printed automatically when the order is completed via the integrated shipping process. Thanks to interfaces to a wide range of shipping service providers, postage costs are billed automatically.

Data synchronization


reybex is your control center where all data, orders, orders and customer data come together. You supply all your marketplaces with your article data centrally from reybex. reybex prepares the data for the respective marketplaces for you. This means that reybex knows exactly how the individual platforms require the data and sets up the data accordingly.

This means that you do not need to make any manual adjustments. All stock, product information and images are synchronized with the marketplaces. You therefore serve many different marketplaces and only have one data source. You can also import the data from your existing webshops to reybex at the click of a mouse.

You can also control different descriptions and variant articles from reybex. This applies, for example, to items such as T-shirts that you offer in different sizes or colors. The different variant-specific stock levels are also taken into account here.

Order processing


Use your time efficiently for your company and automate recurring processes with reybex. As soon as you receive an order from your web store or one of your online marketplaces, reybex automatically creates an order in the system and saves the customer data. The item stocks are adjusted centrally in all the other channels you use.

This means that your customers always see the current stock levels. This also applies to sales in your store. reybex also creates a picking slip for your warehouse. Another useful function: If you have a large warehouse, you can have reybex optimize your routes to save you time. You can then conveniently create your invoice from the delivery bill.

Connection to the POS cash register system


Do you also sell goods locally in a stationary store? reybex also offers a solution for this with the integrated cloud POS system. Thanks to integrated merchandise management, you always have an absolute overview of available items, stock and prices in the store.

All in-store sales are saved in reybex and are entered into the central data storage system. This means that stock and sales figures are always up to date.
