Your data is securely hosted on German servers and is subject to strict German privacy guidelines. Our data center is located in the heart of the Ruhr area. The ECB-S certified Lampertz safety cell has been designed in compliance with the highest safety standards according to the room-in-room principle and is equipped with multiple redundant power and data connections as well as precision air conditioning systems. The high availability is constant between Tier 4 and Tier 5 (99.99%). These values are regarded as a king class for failure safety.
Our data center is certified according to the internationally recognized standard ISO / IEC 27001. This standard specifies the highest requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). All data are physically protected from external hazards and access. The equipment includes separate and 24/7 monitored customer entrance including security, video surveillance and a very strict access protection through a multi-stage security system.
In addition, our data center is IT-Sicherheit 27002 tested. This international standard is a collection of recommendations for the use of control mechanisms in the field of information security. These are measures to protect against attacks. The corresponding standard is part of DIN EN ISO 9001, according to which our data center is also certified.
