Fast shipping and reliable delivery
reybex is equipped with complete shipping processing and includes an integrated shipping solution with numerous carriers and forwarding agents. You can print shipping labels and return labels directly from the system without logging into the web portal of the respective shipping service provider. You can also print labels with a different sender directly from reybex. This is particularly convenient if you are shipping items on behalf of a customer. You have a large selection of shipping providers to work with. Your advantage: If one of your shipping partners is unavailable, you can choose an alternative shipping provider from your list.
Your customers want to be able to track their shipment. Shipment tracking is now a standard feature. The output of a tracking link is integrated in reybex. The link is issued automatically by reybex as soon as you create a delivery bill. You can forward this link to your customers.

Dropshipping & Amazon FBA
If you work with external warehouses (dropshipping, Amazon FBA or similar), you need both an overview of the total stock available and an overview of the stock available for direct shipping from your main warehouse. In this case, you need a separate overview of the stock in your main warehouse in order to avoid overselling and to place repeat orders in good time. With the reybex warehouse management system, you exclude your external warehouses from the stock overview.
When you receive an order, reybex automatically recognizes that it is an item from an external warehouse and sends an e-mail with the shipping data to your external service provider. They then send the items to your customers on your behalf.

Optimize the shipping process with the reybex packing table
The reybex packing table ensures a fast dispatch process. From the packing table, you can create order-related pick lists or process different orders in parallel. With the help of the pick lists and the integrated scanner, your orders can be processed quickly and smoothly and the shipping process, including label printing, can be completed quickly. The easy and intuitive operation of the touch-enabled interface enables your employees to quickly familiarize themselves with the system.
You scan the EAN codes of your picked items and reybex shows you which box to put the item in. If a partial delivery is possible for an order, reybex gives you feedback that the order is complete, provided all boxes are occupied. This allows you to empty boxes in between and continue working. Once you have fully processed a pick list, the system automatically prints out the receipts and the shipping label. The order is closed, the box is emptied and you hand over the parcel to your trusted shipping service provider.
