The reybex Cloud POS software offers you direct integration into the ERP system. With the direct connection to your item data and stock data, processing at the checkout is child’s play. Your customers can order online and pay in-store, and the order can be easily called up using the order number. All sales, returns, cancellations and withdrawals are recorded in the cash register. You also have the option of connecting a BON printer to your point of sale and scanning EANs and article numbers with a scanner. If you would like to offer your customers alternative payment methods, it is of course also possible to connect terminals for card payments.

POS system with direct connection to financial accounting
The integration of cash register postings into accounting is very practical. All data records that are generated in the cash register are transferred unalterably to the financial accounting system by reybex. This means you always have the latest company figures to hand. The cash register software meets the requirements of the GoBD principles. For you, this means that you store your data in accordance with current legislation. You transfer all data to the tax auditor in accordance with the regulations and export it via DATEV export.
Cloud POS system with KassenSichV-compliant TSE interface
Since April 1, 2021, all cash registers in Germany must be equipped with a technical security interface (TSE) in order to be able to check cash register receipts electronically and thus counteract tax evasion. This is set out in the Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV). All data that changes the cash balance is signed to ensure that the data on the till receipt and in the till system match. In addition, an export file must be created with every cash register statement. At reybex, together with our partner fiskaly, we ensure that your cash register data is archived in the cloud in a tamper-proof and encrypted manner.
