  5. Returns are scanned at your premises and the quantity is booked in again
  6. The customer receives his credit note

Your customers register their returns themselves

No support enquiry, no paper forms. All your customers have to do is click on the link from your returns portal or print a QR code to the page on the customer’s delivery note. By entering your order number and e-mail address, you can easily find your order.

Your customers mark the items they wish to return and select the reason for return.
This gives you a better understanding of why products are returned and enables you to reduce your returns rate.

Returns label

Print return labels automatically

With one click, the return with the label is generated and sent to your customer’s e-mail address and made available for download. When the returns label is created, the return is registered in the background in reybex.

The entire shipment tracking process is handled by your connected carriers, such as DHL or Hermes, so you don’t have to worry about anything else.

In Reybex you have an overview of all returns. As soon as the return arrives at your warehouse, you can select the return and book the item back in and create a credit note or an exchange order. (You can find detailed instructions on returns processing here)
